" I travelled with you from Malaga airport to the Crowne Plaza hotel, Estepona, on Sunday, 5,January,2014 about 7.30 in the evening. On arriving at the hotel, we found it was closed and thanks to your driver's little English and my even less Spanish, we discovered from nightwatchmen that I had probably been booked into another hotel without being informed. He dropped me at the hotel in Marbella, which was on his way back and even came in with me.Thanks to him things worked out quite well-he could easily have left me at the Crowne Plaza! I do not recall his name but could you thank him again and tell him that things worked ok and that I have since received apologies and L385.00 in compensation. Please feel free to use these comments in any advertising of your service and confirm that he has been informed of what happened afterwards. "
