Although the name may be less well known, Nueva Andalucia is closely linked with two major brands of Marbella, Puerto Banus and the Golf Valley. The residential area in the valley is surrounding some of the best golf courses in Marbella such as Los Naranjos, Las Brisas or Aloha Golf; there are furthermore situated other Golf courses like La Quinta o Los Arqueros only a few kilometres away.
As much as is the bustling Puerto Banus at one end, so is the haven of peace in Nueva Andalucia on the other. The residential covers an area of large mansions, villas and traditional Andalusian-Mediterranean style apartments. There are two reservoirs and wonderful views over the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
Certainly it’s a very privileged place to live. There are supermarkets, restaurants, a shopping centre, gymnasiums, schools, doctor, post office, library, sports centre, bullring, Botanic Garden El Angel and even its own Casino.
